Photographer AI Disclosure. The Photographer reserves the right to use software and digital tools, including AI assisted and generative technologies, for administrative, post production, and artistic workflows. These include file culling, color correction, noise reduction, image enhancement, and, in the case of Mixed Media Heirloom portraits and similar constructed works, the preparation of a painted foundation from the Photographer's own photographs, which the Photographer then hand paints and finishes. All delivered work originates from photographs made by the Photographer. The final artistic style, direction, and curation of the Work remain with the Photographer. The Photographer does not sell or license the Work or client information for artificial intelligence or machine learning training.

Client AI Restriction. All rights not expressly granted to the Client are reserved by the Photographer. The Client may not use, or allow any third party to use, the delivered photographs (the "Work") for any artificial intelligence, machine learning, or dataset training purposes. This includes uploading the Work into generative AI tools, using the images to create synthetic media or digital replicas, or generating AI altered versions of the Work. Automatic or incidental processing by the Client's own device, cloud backup, or social media platform is not a violation of this policy. Any deliberate unauthorized AI use is a material breach of the Client's agreement with the Photographer.
