FORMAL “SENIOR” GRADUATION PORTRAITS IN AUSTIN, TEXAS

A timeless senior photo tradition, reimagined! Formal graduation portraits for your Kindergartener and/or Preschooler. Tuxedo/Drape + Pearls included in session fee.

Almost every public school in America requires specific attire for the yearbook senior photo…

This usually consists of a black drape for girls and tuxedo jacket for boys. So I thought, hey…why not poke fun at this “senior” tradition and do this with my preschooler and her friends who are graduating?!!? 

Turns out, a lot of the parents were huge fans of these portraits! So I thought I'd offer to take formal senior photos of your adorable graduating preschooler/kindergartener.

Plus these portraits will hopefully be a fun little memento for them (ok, let’s be real…you!!!) to have and compare when they are a real senior in high school.

    20-MINUTE PORTRAIT SITTING

    Each child being photographed will need their own Formal Senior Graduation Portrait Sitting.

    COMPLIMENTARY CLIENT CLOSET

    As part of the session fee, your child can borrow a formal Tuxedo (in sizes 5, 6, 7) or a black crushed velvet Drape (one size fits all) and Pearl Necklace

    YOU PICK YOUR FAVORITES FOR ME TO EDIT

    You will receive a proofing gallery of all of your unedited images and you will select 3 poses for me to turn transform into fine art formal graduation photos. Please don't panic...nothing has been done to these photos! You will simply look at the faces and select the ones you'd like me to edit.

    ADDITIONAL EDITS AVAILABLE FOR PURCHASE

    Want more than 3 poses to be edited? You can select additional poses, however there is a $50 editing fee per extra image on top of the 3 included in your session fee.

    $50 PRINT CREDIT TO USE IN ONLINE STORE

    Print credit can be used towards prints, albums, canvases, cards and more. It really depends on how you like to display your images. It is important to be able to truly enjoy your images.

    If you are unsure what to do with your print credit, don’t hesitate to ask! I would love help pick out products that you can enjoy on a daily basis and for years to come.

    ONE HIGH-RESOLUTION DIGITAL DOWNLOAD

    You'lll receive one high-resolution digital of any edited pose after you have used your print credit. You are able to buy high-resolution digitals (if interested) in the online store connected to your gallery.

IMPORTANT:

The intent of these sittings is to provide you with PRINTS to display in your home and send as a physical gift to family and friends. Meaning that the 3 edited poses you select WILL NOT be digitals. You are paying for my editing time. It takes me around 45 minutes to 1 hour to edit one single pose.

✺ Frequently Asked Questions ✺

  • You will be borrowing from my client closet. Please put your child in a top that is easy to take off and won't mess up their hair (a button down is the safest thing!). If your child would like to keep an undershirt on, please make sure the straps are thin and we can easily move them off their shoulders. Please arrive with hair brushed and ready to go. You will be able to do touchups after outfits have been put on. And during the shoot.

  • Each sitting is 20 minutes long. If you have more than one child, each child will have their own separate sitting — and they will be photographed back-to-back.

  • For the purposes of this session, no. These Formal Senior Graduation Photos are all about celebrating the individual child and honoring this milestone moment in their life.

  • As part of the session fee you will receive ONE high-resolution digit l download. You are able to purchase additional high-resolution digitals in the online shop — however they are priced according to my best selling print ($150 per digital). It is extremely important that files are printed in a professional printing lab to ensure the highest quality. I calibrate my photos to match the colors of certain labs, and this ensures a perfect match. If you buy digitals, I will send you a list of tried and tested photo labs for you to order from.

  • After your portrait session, you'll receive a proofing gallery of your unedited photos. Please don't panic...nothing has been done to these photos! You will simply look at the faces and select the ones you'd like me to edit. You can select additional poses for me to edit, however there is a $50 editing fee per extra image on top of the 3 included in your session fee. After you've made your 3 (or more) selections, each image you select is fully retouched (I hand edit skin, retouch blemishes, fix wardrobe malfunctions, etc) and turned into a work of art with every detail perfected. You can directly order your prints and wall art for your home and order printed gifts for loved ones from the online professional photography printer store.

  • These Formal Senior Graduation Portraits are non-refundable. Due to high demand and very limited availability, your balance may be applied to a future session (pending availability) or may be applied to any other Noelle Westcott Photography session. A separate invoice will be sent to you for the remaining balance. If it is not used within 12 months the fee is forfeited. Please email info@noellewestcott.com if you need to reschedule.

    If the Photographer is unable to perform to the guidelines of this contract due to fire or other casualty, act of God, act of terrorism, or other cause beyond control of the parties, or due to a grave illness of the Photographer, and if the Photographer is unable to provide another photographer that is agreeable to the client, then all fees paid by the client will be returned in full.

These formal portrait sessions are held on specific days on a specific location of Noelle Westcott Photography’s choice.  These vary throughout the year. Time slots are taken on a first-come first-serve basis.
