These are not the family and children’s studio portraits that you remember from the 1980s and 1990s. Erase that from your memory and let's start fresh. My black-and-white personality portraits are clean, simple, modern - and, oh, FUN!
Based in Austin, Texas but offer private pop-up events in Houston, Dallas, Fort Worth and San Antonio.
TWO TYPES OF B&W PERSONALITY SESSIONS

KIDS-ONLY B&W PERSONALITY PORTRAITS
Up to 2 children per booking
If you have more than 2 children, you will need to book an additional session or you might want to book a Family Personality Portrait instead
I will take Individual portraits of each child and sibling portraits

FAMILY B&W PERSONALITY PORTRAITS
Up to 5 family members
I will take pictures of the family all together, individual portraits of everyone, siblings together, each child with each parent, kids with each parent, and parents together.
Pets are welcome however they must be well behaved and you must disclose they are coming at time of booking
SESSION FEE: $250
The $250 Session Fee covers Noëlle’s time and talent and is required to reserve your session date and time. This pays for the work I do upfront organizing your photo session, my time and talent the day of the shoot, and professional editing of your images afterward. Because I am turning away other clients in order to serve you on your date, the session fee is non-refundable.
You will have the choice from three different collections. You will not be able to buy any additional photos a-la-carte. In order to download more photos, you will need to upgrade to either Collection II, or Collection III.
Please note, the session fee is NOT applied to Collection I, Collection II or Collection III. Meaning, you will have to pay the collection fee on top of the session fee. Most clients opt to invest in a total of $500+ on session fee, custom artwork and digital images.

A couple weeks after your session…
…you’ll receive an email from me with a link to a slideshow that includes all of your fully-edited B&W images. Once you've had a chance to see them all and marvel for a bit, you'll pick a collection that best suits your budget and photography needs. Please remember, you will not be able to buy any additional photos a-la-carte. In order to download more photos, you will need to upgrade to either Collection II or Collection III.
After you've made your decision, you'll have two weeks to select the specific digital files and print items you want to use to fill that collection....easy peasy lemon squeezy! And the best part is you will receive beautiful prints from the printer that are ready to frame :)

While everything that I offer in my store is printed in professional labs and guaranteed to be beautiful, I also recognize that you may want to print your images yourself, and thanks to those digital files, you absolutely can! Just be sure to upload the original files you downloaded, not copies. The files you receive from me should allow you to print up to 20x30" at minimum.
For quality prints (y'all paid $$$ for these so please don't settle for terrible prints), please try and use professional quality printing services instead of going to places like Walgreens, CVS, Walmart, Sam’s Club, Costco, etc. If you need some ideas of where to go to print your photos, please let me know.

Everyone will have so much fun and feed off each other's energy. Plus, it’s the perfect excuse to knock out all those holiday photos AND hang with your Besties, your Schmoopie, Nana, Gramps, Sissy, the Cuzzos, the list goes on :)

Oooh, I am interested in hosting a private par-tay! Tell me more…
You and a minimum of 10 of your friends or extended family members will pick a day for me to set up at someone’s house. While taking your photos, y'all will all be having so much fun — everyone won't even realize they're getting their pictures taken. Plus, while I am working my photo magic, everyone else who signed up gets to hang out and catch up.
Each booking is 20 minutes long and I will take individual portraits of everyone, sibling pictures, parents together, and then y'all as a family.
I do need a minimum of 10 separate bookings in order to do a private party. Meaning at least 10 of your friends and their families book a session. Even with cancellation(s). So it’s best to get at least 12 or so people to book in case a couple cancel at the last minute.
BEST PART: HOST GETS THEIR SITTING FEE COMPED!
FAQs
Can we get photographs in color?
These will be exclusively in black and white.
What do I get with my session fee?
You will give 5 high-resolution digitals and no print credit. I do not offer additional photos for purchase a la carte for these. So if you want more than 5 images, you will need to upgrade to Collection II or Collection III. These upgraded collections come with more digitals and a generous print credit so you are guaranteed to order quality prints that really make your B&W images pop!
What should we wear?
Anything you want to :) But if you want the best results, simple is always best! Try to avoid overly busy outfits, shirts with logos/characters/etc, and too much jewelry. If you have lighter skin, consider wearing a darker color. If you have darker skin, consider wearing a lighter color.
How long is a session?
Each booking is up to 20 minutes long.
How many kids can be in Kids-Only B&W Personality Portrait?
2 max. I recommend you book a Family B&W personality portrait event if you have more than 2 children. The pricing + collections are the same.
How many family members can join in on a Family B&W Personality Portrait?
I can only accommodate up to 5 people with the size of my backdrop. If you have a larger family, I recommend you book two personality portrait sessions back-to-back.
What if one of us has a bug bite/scratch etc. Do you retouch the images?
Unlike my other sessions, for these specific hi-key studio portraits I do not fully retouch. These photos are meant to capture your family in all your messy beauty. However, if you do want me to clean up the photo/skin, I offer a retouch add-on service for $15 per image. It is up to the family members to opt in to this service.
What if someone is sick or an emergency comes up? Is there a make up date?
In case of illness or family emergency, your session may be rescheduled to a future personality portrait event. If that make up date is missed, you may use your session fee for a family session with Noelle Westcott Photography. If it is not used within 12 months the fee is forfeited.
If the photographer is unable to perform to the guidelines of this contract due to fire or other casualty, act of God, act of terrorism, or other cause beyond control of the parties, or due to a grave illness of the Photographer, and if the Photographer is unable to provide another photographer that is agreeable to the client, then all fees paid by the client will be returned in full.
